Everyone likes a
little validation once in a while; in fact, oftentimes the right amount of reassurance
can actually improve one’s performance.
When working on the Web, many of you probably complete a variety of different tasks, big and small, throughout the day. That’s just part of working in the fast paced world of the Internet. Unfortunately, many out there probably do so much, that a lot of their hard work goes unnoticed (or unknown) to those around them.
Last week, Fiitfu CRM Solutions launched a Success Tracker tool that will show users the “successes” (as in completed tasks) that they have had. This data is less concerned with sales, instead focusing on income producing activity and productivity. With this new tool, users will be able to add accomplishments and track the success of their clients.
“We introduced the ‘Success’ element to Fiitfu so that our users can feel GOOD about what they have accomplished in a day,” says Mary-Jane Mehlenbacher, Fiitfu CEO. “Focusing on what we did accomplish is a great way to empower, motivate and keep moving someone forward in their business.”
Fiitfu is a Web-based customer relationship management (CRM) program aimed at network marketers and small business owners to help them manage their client list.
Marketing automation platform LoopFuse announced a deepened integration with Salesforce, introducing two new enhancements that will help its users make the most of the popular CRM system.
LoopFuse announced the release of LeadFlow Enroller, a plugin which allows users to add leads and contacts into an existing LeadFlow program directly from Salesforce and even displays which programs are active for a particular lead or contact. Features like this ensure that prospects are receiving all essential marketing messages, nurturing them through the buying cycle.
The marketing automation platform is also now providing the ability to create a testing environment through its Sandbox Connector feature that can be used with sandbox functionality available in premium Salesforce editions.
“Our customers are always seeking ways to add tighter integration between their sales and marketing teams,” said Sean Dwyer, CEO of LoopFuse. “The addition of these two capabilities does just that with the LeadFlow Enroller allowing salespeople to directly add or remove prospects from lead nurturing tracks and the Sandbox Connector offering greater workflow testing capabilities.”
The Leadflow Enroller is available through the Salesforce.com AppExchange, and the Sandbox Connector is available now to all paid LoopFuse Oneview accounts.
Affiliate network ClickBank has integrated with Infusionsoft’s all-in-one software for small businesses, offering marketers a powerful end-to-end system for monitoring and nurturing customer relationships.
As a result of the integration, information from ClickBank transactions can be automatically passed into Infusionsoft. Available as a plug-in, the integration also institutes triggers for post-purchase follow-ups, creates targeted upsell messages and performs other automated marketing functions.
For current Infusionsoft users, the integration opens the door to the ClickBank network of more than 100,000 active affiliate marketers who can help them grow their businesses across the Web.
“This partnership was logical step for us, given that so many of our clients and prospective clients already use Infusionsoft and can reap immediate and measurable business value by streamlining their sales and marketing processes across the two systems,” says ClickBank CEO Brad Wiskirchen. “On the flip side, there’s also enormous payoff for Infusionsoft users who can tap into an extended e-commerce sales channel through the ClickBank network.”
Key features of the new ClickBank-Infusionsoft integration plug-in include the following:
• Supports an unlimited number of ClickBank accounts and products with a single Infusionsoft application
• Automatically transfers customer and order information (contact data, payment data, etc.) to Infusionsoft for initial purchases, as well as all upsells
• Checks with Infusionsoft to determine if a person record already exists; also creates or updates person records
• Triggers unique Infusionsoft Action Sets for ClickBank purchases, rebills, canceled or failed rebills, refunds and chargebacks
A video demo of the integration in action is available here.
The integration is now available for $37 per month or $347 per year, and those who purchase during the launch phase will receive lifetime locked-in pricing. The plug-in can be purchased through ClickBank or through the Infusionsoft Marketplace.
Business application provider Zoho released several new features for its Zoho CRM offering – which now boasts more than 25,000 active customers.
In addition to a much needed redesign of its interface, Zoho is now integrating with professional network LinkedIn. Zoho users will be able to associate a CRM contact’s profile with that users’ LinkedIn profile, providing access to contact details as well as some information on that individual’s business and professional activity. Another nice aspect of the integration is that it supports LinkedIn messaging directly within Zoho.
The popular business SaaS provider has also announced integration with its own Zoho Creator product, which will enable users to build custom apps that can appear inside, and access data from within, the CRM application.
Another noteworthy new feature is Webhooks. Aiming to improve the CRM system’s extensibility, Zoho’s Webhooks allow users to integrate with external systems. For example, there might be a need within an enterprise to update an accounting system when a new account is closed.
